1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using JPG to PDF Converter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. App Functionality

3.1 Service Description

The App allows you to:


Convert images (JPG, PNG, and other formats) to PDF documents

Capture images using your device camera for conversion

Customize PDF output with various settings (page size, orientation, quality, margins, watermarks, page numbers, borders)

View conversion history and statistics

Access built-in PDF viewer


3.2 Offline Functionality

The App works offline for core PDF conversion features. Internet connection is required only for displaying advertisements.

3.3 Upcoming Features

Certain features marked as "coming soon" (metadata customization, password protection) are not yet available. We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:


Use the App to create PDFs containing illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content

Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices


4.2 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images and PDFs you create using the App. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any images you convert.

4.3 Permissions

By using the App, you grant necessary permissions for:


Camera access (for capturing images)

Storage access (for reading and saving files)

These permissions are used solely for app functionality as described in our Privacy Policy.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Ownership

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by JPG to PDF Converter and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and logos used in the App are the property of their respective owners.

6. Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. This includes ads delivered through third-party ad SDKs, display ads, native ads, and banner ads InspiringApps.

6.2 No Endorsement

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or services advertised through the App.

6.3 Ad Interaction

Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites or apps. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Basis

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:


The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

Defects will be corrected

The App is free from viruses or harmful components

Results from using the App will meet your expectations


7.3 PDF Quality

While we strive to provide high-quality PDF conversion, we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of converted PDFs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JPG TO PDF CONVERTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM:


Your use or inability to use the App

Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Any data loss or corruption

Any errors or omissions in the App


OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP (IF ANY).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JPG to PDF Converter from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:


Your use of the App

Your violation of these Terms

Your violation of any rights of another party

Content you create or process using the App


10. Updates and Modifications

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:
